Para al\u00e9m do seu significado agr\u00edcola, as abelhas mel\u00edferas e outros polinizadores s\u00e3o um constituinte essencial da entomofauna, contribuindo ativamente para a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o de muitas esp\u00e9cies de plantas selvagens. \u00c9 fundamental sublinhar a necessidade urgente de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aprofundada sobre a biologia das abelhas para enfrentar os desafios prementes com que se deparam estes not\u00e1veis insectos. Se n\u00e3o forem abordados, estes desafios ambientais poder\u00e3o ter consequ\u00eancias profundas e de grande alcance para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar mundial, devido ao seu impacto consider\u00e1vel na poliniza\u00e7\u00e3o e na seguran\u00e7a alimentar. Consequentemente, um mergulho profundo na biologia das abelhas constitui a pedra angular para adquirir conhecimentos aprofundados e, idealmente, desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es eficazes para salvaguardar estes polinizadores indispens\u00e1veis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bfe1c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2bfe1c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A nossa abordagem<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f14d130 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f14d130\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As nossas actividades planeadas centram-se na gen\u00e9tica, fisiologia e comportamento dos polinizadores, incluindo abelhas mel\u00edferas, abelhas bumblebees, abelhas sem ferr\u00e3o, Osmia e outros Apoidea. Mais especificamente, tencionamos organizar um simp\u00f3sio que dar\u00e1 \u00eanfase a t\u00f3picos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o emergentes.
