Um novo estudo publicado na <em>Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es da Natureza<\/em>, No \u00e2mbito do projeto INSIGNIA-EU, os investigadores analisaram 2500 amostras de p\u00f3len recolhidas em 310 api\u00e1rios dos 27 pa\u00edses da UE durante o ano de 2023. Identificando as plantas de que as abelhas dependem e relacionando-as com os padr\u00f5es de temperatura e precipita\u00e7\u00e3o, os investigadores avaliaram a forma como os cen\u00e1rios clim\u00e1ticos futuros podem remodelar a forragem das abelhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As conclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o claras: o aumento das temperaturas e a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da precipita\u00e7\u00e3o amea\u00e7am fazer com que muitas esp\u00e9cies vegetais importantes ultrapassem os seus limites clim\u00e1ticos. O impacto combinado do calor e da seca representa o maior perigo, sobretudo nas regi\u00f5es meridionais e mediterr\u00e2nicas j\u00e1 propensas a ver\u00f5es secos. O Norte da Europa pode sair-se um pouco melhor, mas n\u00e3o est\u00e1 imune ao aquecimento a longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A perda de diversidade floral pode enfraquecer a nutri\u00e7\u00e3o das abelhas, reduzir o crescimento das col\u00f3nias e perturbar os hor\u00e1rios de flora\u00e7\u00e3o de que as abelhas dependem.
