A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o introduz regras mais rigorosas na rotulagem do mel, em particular no que diz respeito \u00e0 indica\u00e7\u00e3o dos pa\u00edses de origem. De acordo com o Artigo 1.\u00ba, o pa\u00eds onde o mel foi colhido deve constar na embalagem. Adicionalmente, todos os pa\u00edses de origem devem ser mencionados no campo de vis\u00e3o principal da embalagem, por ordem decrescente da sua quota ponderal, juntamente com a percentagem representada por cada pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas medidas foram introduzidas para proteger os consumidores e ajudar a combater a fraude envolvendo mel adulterado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diretiva atualiza tamb\u00e9m a terminologia legal utilizada para produtos ap\u00edcolas, permitindo apenas as seguintes designa\u00e7\u00f5es: mel, favos de mel, mel em peda\u00e7os, peda\u00e7os de favo em mel e mel para pastelaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ir para o texto da diretiva <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=OJ:L_202401438\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">aqui<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Diretiva EU 2024\/1438, conhecida como a Diretiva do Pequeno-almo\u00e7o, entrou em vigor.
