From 6 to 8 October, as part of Global Food Week 2026, will take place in the UAE the inaugural Abu Dhabi Honey Symposium and Exhibition. Organised by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), in collaboration with Apimondia, the event will bring together experts, researchers, policymakers, beekeepers and stakeholder to discuss on the future of sustainable beekeeping and honey production in arid environments. Alongside the scientific session, featuring oral and poster presentations, will be workshops on honey testing and apiterapy, a global honey bar and and a bee and honey exhibition with more than 40 exhibitors.
