The Northern Bee Books has published a new manual entitled “Overwintering Honey Bees – Autumn to Spring Management”. Compiled and edited by Jeremy Burbidge, Julia Hoggard and Richard Searle, this volume brings together the advice and suggestions of many experienced beekeepers to help reduce winter losses.

Although the book is based on the experience of beekeepers from the British Isles and is primarily written for them, it can also be useful and interesting for beekeepers in other places of the world.
