We are pleased to inform the Apimondia community that the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of the Republic of Slovenia officially launched the call for nominations for the Golden Bee Award 2026 on Friday, 30 January 2026.

The Golden Bee Award, presented in the framework of World Bee Day, recognizes outstanding individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions to the protection of bees and other pollinators, as well as to the promotion of apiculture and environmental sustainability.

We warmly encourage our members and partners to explore the call and submit nominations to help highlight inspiring achievements in the global beekeeping and pollinator community.
