Kazakhstan Introduces Veterinary Passports for Honey Bees

Kazakhstan is reforming its beekeeping legislation to modernise and strengthen the sector. Among the main new measures is the introduction of a mandatory veterinary passport for apiaries. This document will serve as an official registration and monitoring tool. Other innovations include updates to legal terminology, greater support for research and development projects, and the establishment of a national chamber representing the country’s beekeepers.
