This week, from 22 to 28 June, is the Pollinbator Week, a special initiative dedicated to raising awareness about pollinators and highlighting their essential role in our ecosystems. Promoted by the no-profit organization Pollintor Partnership, this initiative is celebrated expecially in North and Central America, although events also take place across Europe, Africa, and Asia. This year marks the 18th annual celebration, following its official recognition by the U.S. Senate in 2008.
